If you’re new to CrossFit, or need a refresher course on the foundational movements of CrossFit, we’ll enroll you in our Fundamentals training course.
WHAT TO EXPECT
One of our trainers will coach you through six personal training sessions to teach you the basics of deadlifts, cleans, presses, jerks, snatches, squats, and other weightlifting movements.
You’ll also review common gymnastic movements and common modifications for beginners, proper rowing form, and our use of technology to track your progress.
Show up with some comfortable shoes, a water bottle, and we will guide you through the rest!
